Why is this chicken so Cheap?

for only 12 Pesos you can buy this super yummy chicken but we are not sure if its safe to eat.

according to some reports these chickens are so cheap because its a double dead chicken.

We tried to eat two pieces of it and good news nothing happened to us.

is it really not safe to eat double dead meat? now im confused.
